USCM – Hudson is a character-driven apparel project inspired by the Aliens universe, focused on faithfully translating on-screen details into wearable design. The project involved manually recreating assets directly from the film, studying costume construction, insignia, typography, and surface wear to ensure authenticity and accuracy throughout the collection.
The Hudson capsule was designed as part of a larger series, with each key character receiving a dedicated apparel set that reflects their personality, dialogue, and visual identity. From graphics and typography to materials and distressing, every element was intentionally crafted to feel lived-in and cinematic rather than illustrative. The result is a collection that bridges film fandom and streetwear, treating character design as a foundation for storytelling, product integrity, and long-term cultural relevance.
